Gone With the Wind

By Catfish McDaris

The white moth fluttered
around the howling wolf
a blue moon enticing
the bizarre

I stumbled down the path
to Lake Michigan
six pack in hand

A beautiful young girl
lay in the sand
relaxing as if
sunbathing

Finding a spot near by
I watched her & the moon
the wolf swallowed the moth
& disappeared into the brush

I popped the top on a PBR
& she sat up
exposing her perfect breasts

She looked directly at me
& asked "Is anyone there?"
figuring she was doped up
I held my tongue

"I need help" she insisted
noticing something white folded
with a glowing red tip
I approached

"If you're going to scream rape
forget it I'm so drunk
I couldn't raise a woodie
if you paid me"

"Please help me" her nipples
reflected the moonlight

"How?" I asked

"I'm stranded & blind
I need to get home"
she pleaded

"Are you for real?" I asked

"Please" she begged

"Okay but only to the
nearest phone" I replied

She got dressed & assembled
her white cane & held
on to my forearm

Her nipples brushed against
me as I swigged my beer
while we walked up the path

"Can we rest for a moment?" she asked
"Sure" I replied looking for
a bush to water

Before I gathered my senses
she was gnawing at my boner
her eyes gleamed yellow
and her hair glowed green

I screamed in agony
as she chewed & growled
I beat her in the head
with both fists

she flew away laughing
a third of my penis
dangling from her mouth

With only six inches left
I drove to the hospital
finishing the beer hoping
it was only a nightmare

The realization set in
like a rat's head smashed
in a trap

My career as a porn star
was over
gone with the wind
& I gave a damn

Maybe I could get a
job at the post office?
